As a lifelong resident of Florida, Holton has developed great familiarity with the luxury housing market in Tampa, St. Pete, and Sarasota. He is well informed of all the new developments in the areas and openly shares the knowledge with his clients to help them make the most informed decisions.
As a first-generation graduate in his family, Holton pursued a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Business Management and Business Marketing from the University of South Florida. In recognition of his exemplary work, he was nominated as an outstanding graduate in his class. His success in the industry has been made possible by his strong background in customer service. He started in the work field at the young age of 14, and worked through numerous customer service roles at Publix, The Ritz Carlton, and two enterprise software companies. Holton’s skillset excels in the areas of communication, marketing, customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. As a devoted realtor at Smith and Associates, he understands client’s needs in detail and delivers the luxury standard of service while also building strong business relationships.
Outside of real estate, Holton loves going to the beach, creating real estate content on his YouTube channel, engaging in different sports such as basketball and boxing, and exploring new restaurants. Due to his love for coffee, you can also find him at Buddy Brew or Spaddy’s in Tampa trying all different types of espresso.
